Staying fit is one of the most important aspects of one’s life. But the meaning of fitness is different for different people, for some staying fit means good mental health while for others it means having an attractive physique. If you ask me a good physical and mental health comes under fitness.
Many people think that going to the gym and lifting weights makes them fit. But the truth is that staying fit has many different meanings, for e.g. if you are sleeping well then you are fit and if you are eating healthy then also you are fit.
So how do we define fitness.?
Researches have concluded these four ways which you can adopt to stay fit and to check that you are fit or not.
If you are feeling tired or sluggish the whole day, then you are not fit. This may be because of eating a lot of junk food or not doing any physical activity. Eating fit and exercising regularly can benefit one’s energy levels.

Regular exercise plays a major role in getting good sleep and if you are getting good sleep then, you can focus on your other things very well. You’ll feel much refreshed the next day.
4. CONTROL WEIGHT
Doing regular exercise with proper nutrition can help in maintaining a good weight. We should not too slim and not too fat as both play a major role in not letting us stay fit. You can consult a good nutritionist for making a healthy diet plan, as diet plays a vital role in staying fit. Weight training is best for maintaining body weight so preferably getting a gym membership is the best option.
If one is not getting time to go to the gym, then a regular home workout is also beneficial for people who do 9 to 5 job and not getting time to go to the gym.
